Fees & Assessments
The Annual Membership Assessment for the fiscal year 2021-2022 is $225. This fee is used to fund our annual operating budget (which is available for viewing on this website). The fee is due on June 30, 2022; following budget approval at the annual meeting.

Covenant Violation Fee: Initial Fee is $100. For each 30-day period in which the violation remains uncorrected, an additional $100 is assessed to the member. (Please see "Covenants & Restrictions Violation Procedure" for complete details.)
